Steve Odle

Steve Odle began his career in 1985, leveraging a B.S. in Finance from Kansas State University to master the intricacies of appraising, mortgage lending, and property marketing. After founding his own mortgage brokerage in 1995, Steve realized that the real estate industry was plagued by a lack of specialized training and financial insight. In 1999, he launched First Realty Group to change that. By focusing on rigorous professional education and real estate finance, Steve has established a brokerage model that prioritizes informed, expert guidance over the standard industry status quo.

With 26 years of experience and a passion for the industry, Angie is a powerhouse of knowledge for our clients. Her role as President of Approved Mortgage Corp. since 1999 means she doesn’t just understand real estate—she understands the numbers that make deals happen. Whether you’re navigating a complex mortgage or a fast-paced sale, Angie’s leadership and energy make the difference.

Renee’s career in real estate spans more than three decades, beginning with a foundational background as a Residential Home Appraiser. This analytical start, combined with a remarkable talent for design, allows her to see the true potential in every property. Having staged for several of Kansas City’s premier home builders, Renee now specializes in the strategic marketing and staging of our new home listings, ensuring every property makes a definitive first impression.
